If you did, and you were the subject of any kind of inappropriate behaviour from a member of the show’s production staff then please would you either get in touch (in complete confidence) or join this group and post on this thread.

There have been reports from a number of people that an individual at the company (Talkback Thames) made unwelcome foot-fetish type advances to freelancers while working as a Production Co-ordinator on the X Factor. If you were affected by this, or know of anyone who was, and feel able to share your experience with the official whistleblowing body for the industry then now would be a very effective time to do that. It would also be good to know (if you feel able) if anyone has made a report so that there can be some kind of co-ordination of the victims involved (again either by contact here or by posting on the Facebook thread (anonymous posting is possible).
